Location great, just steps from the lake. Rooms can be small, noisy at night from the street.

Make sure to ask about the nearby street food tour upon arrival—it's an amazing way to explore local flavors and hidden gems.

Superb location on a quiet street but super close to everything! My room was spacious with a view of the lake just a quick walk away. Hot showers, great AC, and friendly staff who were really eager to help with my travel plans. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious with local dishes and coffee. Loved my balcony too!

I had a fantastic stay in the King Suite with Balcony! The views from my balcony made every morning magical, and the spacious room was super comfy! Not to mention, Lily and the team made sure I had the best local dining tips to savor the authentic flavors of the area.

Great location in the Old Quarter. I had a King Room with a Lake View for 2 nights. The staff were very helpful, particularly Lily, who assisted with trips and transportation. Breakfast was excellent at a nearby venue. A fantastic experience! 😊

The location is perfect—steps from the lake and in a vibrant part of town. Staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially during my interaction with Lily, who helped plan my trips seamlessly. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant exceeded expectations, with a lovely atmosphere and delicious options, including some Indian dishes. Unfortunately, the first room was too cramped and had a musty smell, which was disappointing. The noise from air conditioning was also disruptive, making it hard to fully enjoy the stay.

We had an excellent stay with our little dog! The location was perfect for exploring Hanoi, just a short walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The room was spacious and cozy, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome.

In my wife’s opinion, a small dog-friendly area outside would be great.

I stayed in the King Suite with Balcony and loved the big glass windows and spacious balcony overlooking Hang Hanh Street. The room was cozy and had a nice vibe. The roses and honeymoon cake were a sweet touch. Only downside was that the air conditioning struggled a bit at times, but it didn't ruin the experience.

Convenient location for exploring local attractions.

The check-in process was a nightmare. Our room wasn't even ready. We were crammed into a tiny, moldy room for a night before we finally got the upgrade we paid for. The experience of hiking up ten floors when the elevator broke was absurd, especially for elderly guests struggling with the stairs.
